    Medicine Ball Core Workout

    This workout consists of 4 exercises to work your core. The workout can be done anywhere just using a medicine ball. Be sure to activate your core muscles throughout the repetitions to maximize the benefits of the exercises as well as protecting your back during the movements. Perform all exercises as a circuit with one minute rest at the end of each round. Beginners: 3 rounds Advanced: 4-5 rounds
