This option is for the client who needs program design and online monitoring. It starts with an in depth questionnaire on health and fitness history. I will design a program specifically for you, based on your goals, wants, and needs. I will send you each and every workout in a progressive based outline. Included are explanation and even video of the proper form for each exercise. These online programs can be designed for sport performance and/or general wellness, health and strength.

Online training provides much more freedom and is becoming an extremely popular option for those wanting the guidance and support of a personal trainer, but who also live very hectic lifestyles. With online training you are not required to meet a trainer at the gym at a specific time each week. Perhaps you don’t even like to go to the gym or perhaps you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home.

I will provide on-going monitoring of your progress with monthly follow up and two-way feedback via email. A record of all of your goals and progress will also be tracked so that you can measure your progress and to provide record to look back on. I will be with you every step of the way and easily accessible through email.
