I’ve been training with Nicole for one year and feel I have gotten great value. Having been with several trainers previously, she has been by far the most professional in her approach – personable, very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, always on time, always prepared. She spent time learning about prior injuries and areas of concern that I had, and then structured a variety of specific workout routines to avoid the chance of further injury while at the same time improving my overall strength and functionality. Her focus on each repetition in each set prevents me from slipping into bad form in addition to getting the maximum benefit from each exercise. I would strongly recommend Nicole as a trainer to anyone who is serious about their personal fitness and wants to work with a professional who is equally committed.
