8 oz white meat turkey breast, shredded
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
juice from 1 lime
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tablespoon red onion, chopped
½ avocado , diced
¼ cup fresh jalapeno peppers, diced and seeded
1 teaspoon Stevia
4 Ezekial Whole Grain Tortillas
Place turkey, chicken broth, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin and black pepper in a large saucepan. Simmer over low heat until broth is reduced and turkey is moist.
In a small bowl mix cranberries, avocado, onion, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, Stevia and cilantro.
Warm the tortillas and fill with turkey and salsa.
Optional: Top with nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
